Update concerning the typhoid outbreak in Eastern Samar
Boyd Cerro, a Regional Surveillance Nurse, confirmed that the typhoid outbreak in Borongan City, Eastern Samar, has been contained. The Department of Health confirmed only 101 cases of typhoid fever out of 140 originally suspected cases.
